TQG-80Z automatic metallographic sample cutting machine is composed of body, electric control box, cutting room, motor, cooling system, cutting wheel and other components. This cutting machine can not only cut round workpieces with a diameter of less than 80mm (pipes), but also cut rectangular samples with a height of 80mm and a depth of 200mm. The machine is divided into manual cutting and automatic cutting. The large-volume cutting room is more convenient for cutters, and is one of the necessary sample preparation equipment for metallographic experiments in colleges, factories and enterprises. This product is divided into desktop and floor models.
The machine is a screen display control system. The cutting speed can be pre-adjusted before cutting. The cutting depth can be tracked and displayed in real time (LCD digital display). The table travels in Y direction by 200mm. The pattern programming is more suitable for batch cutting sampling. Knife automatic reset function. The machine adopts closed cutting, equipped with safety limit switch, and transparent plexiglass window for observation during cutting.
The sample is cooled by a cooling system to prevent the sample from overheating and burning the tissue during the cutting process.
