TIME H1110 automatic Rockwell hardness tester adopts cantilever structure, automatic closed-loop force sensor loading and unloading control system, high-precision displacement sensor directly measures the depth of indentation, ensuring high precision, high repeatability and stability. The whole process of the product's testing process is monitored, and various types of curves such as "test force-time curve", "test force-indentation depth curve", "indentation depth-time curve" can be obtained.
TIME H1110 automatic Rockwell hardness tester is composed of four parts: test machine mainframe, control cabinet, hardness measuring unit and computer. The hardness measuring unit is installed on the mainframe of the electronic universal testing machine. The servo motor drives the lead screw to steplessly raise and lower the middle crossbeam, thereby realizing automatic adjustment of the test space and automatic loading and unloading of the hardness measuring unit. It is suitable for all Rockwell hardness scale measurements. The characteristic of the test procedure is that it can automatically record the test force and indentation depth in real time.
The hardness measuring unit includes a digital displacement measuring system with a resolution of up to 0.1 μm; a force sensor, a force sensor and a coaxial axis of the indenter, the load directly acts on the main axis of the indenter without deviation, friction and overload. The indenter can be arbitrarily replaced according to different hardness scales.
Grating linear measurement technology is used to obtain the current high precision and resolution. The floating contact seat can eliminate the influence of the hardness tester's own deformation to the measurement result to the greatest extent. The measurement result has high accuracy and good repeatability.
There is no lifting screw, which simplifies the test, the result is accurate, and the fixed workpiece position ensures stable test conditions without spindle effect. It is also suitable for longer, taller and heavier samples. Technical Parameters
