    Introduction
    TIME®3222 high-performance roughness meter adopts dot-matrix color LCD touch screen, which is more convenient to control and display. The resolution reaches 320 × 480, which can display the entire roughness curve delicately. The split design of the host and the driver is used, the vertical amount is 400μm, and the range is increased, which is conducive to the measurement of the uneven surface. At full scale, the system resolution is 8 nanometers. The starting position C of the profile section can be customized to meet the requirements of quilting roughness measurement. The roughness curve measurement is more realistic, and the calculation of each parameter is more accurate. Digital modulation and demodulation, improve instrument measurement accuracy and anti-interference performance. The stylus position can be displayed, and the three calibration methods of average, peak and valley, and peak spacing can be adjusted; all parameters can be set with upper and lower limit alarms; one measurement can calculate and display the ISOR family parameters and the profile P family parameter.
