By selecting and developing an angle encoder combined with a customized mechanical structure designed sensor housing, the rotation angle of the nut relative to the bolt is monitored, and the physical quantity of the rotation angle is converted into an electrical signal, which is collected by the lower computer acquisition station. The collected data is uploaded to the central control room server through TCP/IP protocol. The central control room server uses core algorithms to analyze the collected rotation angle and calculate the degree of loosening of the monitored bolt. Finally, the monitoring parameters and analysis results are visually displayed by the display software.
