    Introduction:
    The PQM-10 wear particle sensor is an industry-leading device that can safely and reliably monitor metal particles generated by friction pairs such as gearboxes, bearings, etc. due to wear. Capable of online and full flow monitoring of worn metal particles in lubricating oil, timely capturing ferromagnetic and non-magnetic worn metal particles in the oil. Sensors can monitor ferromagnetic metal particles with a size of over 70mm and non ferromagnetic metal particles with a size of over 300mm, and can count the quantity, quality, and occurrence rate of metal particles within each size range, accumulating data for trend analysis. This sensor can also effectively eliminate false alarms caused by water bubbles and bubbles.  
    This sensor can not only be directly installed on the main oil line, but also installed in series through a bypass. By timely capturing and analyzing metal particles in the lubrication system, reliable early warning and life estimation can be provided for mechanical equipment.
