PQ253 photodegradation reactor Introduction
The PQ series reactor is a top-illuminated photoreactor. The light window can be selected from quartz plate or quartz water jacket. The material is JGS-2 quartz. Can be used for liquid-solid phase photodegradation reactions. During the reaction, the reactor has a sampling port, and a liquid sample can be manually taken for detection. According to the requirements, the reactor can be equipped with expansion ports, sampling ports, glass valves or thermostatic water jackets. The expansion port is a standard grinding port, which can be connected to the supporting accessories. The reactor can be evacuated before the experiment starts, or it can be added during the reaction. The sampling port uses a glass external thread process to fix the sampling pad, which can take samples from the closed reaction system without opening the reactor.
The PQ series reactor has excellent air tightness, and is also suitable for photochemical reactions with gas participation. In order to control the reaction atmosphere, it is usually necessary to replace the empty volume in the reactor and the gas dissolved in the reaction liquid, so the reactor often has a gas purge inlet and outlet. Technical parameters
Quartz flat cover (Φ110 * 8);
The total volume is about 350mL glass reactor body;
Effective volume is about 150ml;
Flange connection, sealing ring seal;
Inlet / sampling port with photodegradation experiment;
With two standard 19/26 grinding mouths;
Thermostatic water jacket.
