PLD-DGCS Multi-component Dynamic Gas Distribution Apparatus Introduction
PLD-DGCS multi-component dynamic gas distributor adopts mass flow mixing method, which can be used for mixing and diluting multiple channels of gas (up to 8 channels) to obtain the target mixture.
The system has two modes of simple control and timing control. Different working modes can be selected directly on the 7-inch touch screen. Under the timing control mode, the gas outlet can switch the gas composition within seconds.
It adopts dual air outlet setting, and can be switched to different air outlets through the solenoid valve, which can realize the output of two target mixed gases at the same time, and has the gas temperature and pressure detection capability, and the output pressure can reach 0.4MPa. Features
