    Introduction:
        PCY-K rapid high temperature thermal dilatometer is used to detect inorganic (organic) materials, metal products, polymer materials such as precision casting shell and core materials, ceramics, ceramic raw materials, porcelain clay, glaze, glass, graphite, carbon, etc. Performance, providing necessary testing methods for scientific research and teaching. This instrument can complete the sample linear variable, linear expansion coefficient, bulk expansion coefficient, rapid thermal expansion, softening temperature, sintering kinetics research, glass transition temperature, phase transition, density change, sintering rate control (RCS) and their changes curve.
        It is also applicable to GB/T3810.8-2006 for the determination of the linear thermal expansion of ceramic tiles, GB/T16920-1997 for the determination of the average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass, and GB/T3074(1).4-2003 for the determination of the thermal expansion coefficient of graphite electrodes, GB/T 7320-87 "Test Method for Thermal Expansion of Refractory Products"
    Features:
    1. The computer automatically calculates the expansion coefficient, body expansion coefficient, linear expansion, and rapid thermal expansion.
    2. Automatic calculation of the compensation coefficient and automatic compensation, or manual correction (online).
    3. Automatically record, store and print data, and print temperature-expansion coefficient curve. The temperature interval can be set freely, the minimum interval is 1.
    4. Imported linear bearing transmission is adopted to realize the frictionless transmission of the expansion value, with excellent transmission accuracy and repeatability.
