NS-CODB02 COD Digital Sensor Introduction: The COD digital sensor is an intelligent digital sensor developed by our company to monitor COD content. Due to the absorption of ultraviolet light by many organic compounds dissolved in water, the content of dissolved organic pollutants in water can be accurately measured by measuring their absorption of 254nm wavelength ultraviolet light. The Noble COD digital sensor adopts two light sources, one is ultraviolet light used to measure the COD content in water, and the other is reference light used to measure the turbidity of water. In addition, specific algorithms are used to compensate for the attenuation of the optical path and to some extent eliminate the interference of particulate suspended matter impurities, achieving more stable and reliable measurement. Features: 1. This product is a COD digital sensor that can directly output RS485 signals. 2. It can measure parameters such as COD, turbidity, and temperature. 3. Without the need for instruments, it can be directly connected to devices with RS485 signal interfaces such as computers and PLCs for data collection. Convenient for users to integrate sensors into industrial control environments such as upper computer systems and IoT systems. 4. Use a mobile app to collect, debug, and maintain data from sensors through wired (OTG cable and 485 to USB module) or wireless networks (such as WIFI, GPRS, and other wireless networks). 5. The sensor can be set through RS485 communication, including slave address and Baud, online calibration, factory recovery, proportional coefficient and incremental compensation. 6. Use the two point correction method. Technical parameters: Measurement range: COD: 0-200mg/L equiv. KHP: 0-500mg/L equiv. KHP turbidity: 0-100NTU, 0-200NTU Resolution: COD: 0.1mg/L Turbidity: 0.1NTU Accuracy: COD: ± 5% F.S. Turbidity: ± 5% F.S 485 interface: supports IoT (partially compatible with MODBUS protocol). Working conditions: The ambient temperature is 0-60 ℃ Input impedance: ≥ 1 × 1012 Ω Working voltage: 12-24VDC Protection level: IP68
