10 ml of the sample to be tested is added to the distillation flask, and the distillation flask is installed in a suitable position of an automatic distillation device, and it is heated. When the sample is gradually distilled under ambient atmospheric pressure, the automatic distillation device will measure and record the liquid temperature, vapor temperature and vapor pressure of the sample in the flask. After the distillation is completed, the system automatically processes the collected data into the characteristics of distillation at standard atmospheric pressure. The measurement result is expressed as the temperature corresponding to the percentage of recovery or the percentage of evaporation.
The ND-600 rapid distillation range tester conforms to ASTM D7345 "Determination of Petroleum Products Distillation at Normal Pressure (Minimum Distillation Method)". The test results have a good correlation with GB / T 6536 and ASTM D86. Features
