MP418 1/4 inch free field microphone Introduction: MP418 is a 1/4 inch free field microphone suitable for measurement in non reflective free field and semi free field environments. It uses pre polarization without the need for external polarization voltage and is suitable for ICCP powered MA411A/B preamplifiers (optional TEDS). MP418 uses post equalization method, with a frequency range of 20 Hz~16 kHz, and can measure sound pressure levels up to 137 dB. MP418 is suitable for occasions with strict cost requirements for individual units, and can also be used with sound exposure meters. The optional TEDS function supports data acquisition devices to directly read microphone information, including microphone model, serial number, sensitivity, etc. At present, Beijing's prestigious TEDS microphones support the IEEE 1451.4 standard, which defaults to v0.9 version to be compatible with more data acquisition devices.
