High accuracy
The MGISEQ-T7 sequencing library uses the rolling circle amplification technique to prepare DNB, which enables library amplification PCR-Free. The DNB preparation process always uses the original single-stranded DNA as a template for isothermal amplification, and the single amplification error does not accumulate, which greatly reduces the original sequence information of the genome, and has a significant advantage in Indel detection.
Low repeat rate
Based on the preparation of PCR-Free DNB, the MGISEQ-T7 chip follows the Pattern Array technology. Each activation site is equivalent to the size of DNB. The DNB is uniformly arranged and uniformly adsorbed. The fluorescence signal released by DNB during sequencing can be accurately captured. The Duplicate Rate of output data is on average less than 3%, which is better than the industry average.
Low tag jump
The unique library construction technology and rolling circle amplification technology of Huada Zhixing Sequencing Platform make the index Hopping probability much lower than other sequencing platforms. The probability of Index Hopping can be controlled from 0.0001% to 0.0004% with only one Barcode.
