MERAK-LEII Light Element Analyzer Introduction
The content of sulfur, chlorine, silicon and other elements needs to be controlled in the process of gasoline refining and distribution. Usually, a variety of analytical methods are used to check the content of these elements, such as: using ultraviolet fluorescence or single-wavelength X-ray fluorescence to detect sulfur content; Coulomb detects the content of chlorine; plasma emission spectroscopy is used to detect the content of silicon, which results in tedious analysis methods, high investment, and high use costs.
MERAK-LEII is a new-generation single-wavelength X-ray fluorescence spectrometer that was developed to cope with the simultaneous analysis of light elements (silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, chlorine, etc.) in petrochemical products. Its detection limit for light elements is less than 1 ppm. From crude oil to finished gasoline and diesel, it has become the best analysis method for one-time analysis of sulfur, chlorine and silicon content in oil products. Features
High sensitivity
The world's most sensitive light element X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, sulfur LLD: 0.2ppm, chlorine LLD: 0.1ppm, silicon LLD: 0.8ppm, and can analyze elements in the periodic table from Na to Ti, and can expand the analysis of C, N, O, F and other elements;
Selective excitation
Using the high-throughput full-focus hyperbolic curved crystal technology, the X-ray tube emits a high-intensity target characteristic spectrum to monochromatically focus the incident sample, selectively excite light elements in the sample, reduce background interference, and improve peak-to-back ratio;
Light element analysis integration
One sample analysis can accurately quantify the content of sulfur, chlorine, and silicon in automotive fuels, without the need for sample analysis to analyze the content of each element in multiple instruments, reducing analysis time, reducing manpower and material resources;
High stability
XFS (X-Ray Fixed System), after the factory precision tuning, no displacement or deviation will occur, which guarantees the long-term stability of the instrument to the greatest extent;
Low maintenance and low consumption
No vacuum protective film, no cylinder gas, no complicated instrument maintenance, only the sample cup and sample film need to be consumed; Technical Parameters
