Introduction:
This instrument is designed according to the relevant provisions of the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T12579-2002 Determination of foam Characteristics of Lubricating Oils, and is used to measure the foam inclination and foam stability of lubricating oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil and other oils by using a large-scale monolithic computer combined with LCD technology.
This instrument can simultaneously control the temperature of two water baths to reach the required operating temperature of 24 ℃ and 93.5 ℃, respectively.
The instrument is equipped with four independent air pumps, and each water bath can accommodate two measuring cylinders at the same time. The operation of four measuring cylinders in two water baths can be carried out simultaneously. All operating states and instrument control states can be clearly displayed on one interface of the LCD display.
The instrument adopts a 320 * 240 dot matrix blue backlight, white text LCD display as the display device, with a full Chinese operation menu, a good human-machine interface, and rich operation prompt information, making the operation more convenient and flexible.
Using a new type of microcontroller as the control core, combined with PWM control technology, greatly improves temperature control accuracy and computational speed; Due to the use of dedicated clock chips, the timing is more accurate. In addition, the application of flash memory (FLASH) technology enables the user to save the set parameters, and after shutdown, all settings will not be lost.
