    Introduction:
          The online monitoring instrument designed by our company for continuous monitoring of gas content in smelting/chemical/kiln/cement/petrochemical pipelines. According to different environments, different measurement parameters can be selected. The monitoring system can accurately measure the content of CH4, O2 and CO2. The interface, after computer control, can also be transmitted to the DCS central control system through standard analog signals, which is convenient for the user to use.
          The system is composed of gas analyzer, pretreatment, sampling probe, etc., completes the online measurement of CH4, O2 and CO2, and realizes continuous and uninterrupted data monitoring.         The system is composed of gas analyzer, pretreatment, sampling probe, etc. It completes online measurement, realizes continuous and uninterrupted data monitoring, and can implement continuous and uninterrupted sampling of sampling points, with good continuity. The analyzer adopts imported sensors to complete oxygen and methane. and monitoring of carbon dioxide levels. The sample gas is sampled wet by the sampling probe to prolong the maintenance period, and the sampling gas path adopts the heat tracing PTFE tube. The analysis system includes a sampling probe and a sample pretreatment system. The sampling tube is directly connected to the sampling probe, and the output interface is a 10mm ferrule. The pretreatment system includes corrosion-resistant solenoid valve, pressure regulator valve, precision filter, adjustment and analysis valve, switching valve, flowmeter, air pump, dehumidification dryer and other components. Its function is to purify the sample gas to the analysis requirements of the analyzer Standard, and is composed of a decompression system to prevent excessive sample gas pressure from damaging the analytical instrument. The sample pretreatment system is installed in the instrument cabinet, and the temperature of the cabinet is normal temperature. The sampling probe is installed in the on-site gas pipeline, and the sample pretreatment system consists of electric valve, dehumidification dryer, mist filter, precision filter, bypass flowmeter with regulating control valve, sample gas flowmeter, etc. The materials are all polytetrafluoroethylene corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant materials. The sample of the fast loop is discharged to the fast loop main pipe, the analyzed sample gas is directly discharged to the atmosphere, and the condensate is discharged to the condensate main pipe. Its function is to improve the corresponding time of the system and reduce the lag time.
