    Introduction:
    JD-8 aerosol generator is a device that absorbs foreign experimental methods for calibrating the performance of particle counters and dust detectors, and generates a certain concentration of aerosol particles to specifically calibrate dust particle counters and dust detectors. After passing through the high-efficiency filter, dry compressed air becomes clean air, and some of the clean air is sprayed into the atomization head. By utilizing the injection effect of compressed air, the particle diluent is sprayed out of the atomization head and atomized by high-speed airflow, forming droplets. After mixing with other clean air and drying, the droplets form standard suspended particles and enter the mixing balance distributor. The particle counter and dust detector measure the particle size and concentration of suspended particles by inhaling inspection air from the distributor. Finally, the accuracy is determined by comparing the counting of the reference device and the instrument to be tested connected to this device.
