The instrument contains a fast digital signal generator for direct digital signal synthesis in high-frequency AC impedance measurement, a high-speed data acquisition system, a potential and current signal filter, multi-level signal gain, iR drop compensation circuit, and a constant potential/constant current meter. The potential range is ± 10V, and the current range is ± 250mA. The lower limit of current measurement is less than 10pA. It can be directly used for steady-state current measurement on ultra microelectrodes. The IGS4000 series hardware adopts high-speed processors, fast amplifiers, fast analog-to-digital converters, and analog-to-digital converters. The timed electricity method incorporates an analog integrator.
