Introduction
The HTY-301 microbial detection filter holder and the S60 microbial detection incubator form a microbial detection and filtration system. Based on the principle of membrane filtration method, the test solution is injected into the microbial detection incubator, and the sample solution is separated from the microorganism by the external vacuum pump, and the microorganism is separated on the filter membrane, the incubator is removed, and the back of the filter is poured. The culture medium is covered with a dish cover. After the medium is cooled and solidified, the cup body is removed, and the cup lid is closed to form a closed culture box, which is cultured under specific conditions to restore the growth of microorganisms on the filter membrane to form macroscopic colonies. Then, colony counting and identification were performed.
Characteristics
1. The filter holder can be sterilized by whole heat and heat, stainless steel material, easy to clean;
2. The limit incubator is aseptically packaged and easy to use;
3. Three pump heads can be operated at the same time or independently, with high working efficiency;
4. The solid medium can be directly poured for culture without removing the filter membrane, eliminating the need to prepare the culture dish and the film operation;
5. Use a large diameter filter with a diameter of 60mm to facilitate colony counting of samples containing more bacteria.
Application field
1. Pharmaceuticals: microbiological limit inspection of purified water, water for injection, bulk drugs and oral liquids, tablets, capsules, biological products and preparations;
2. Disease control: inspection of the total number of bacteria in water quality such as air conditioning condensate and drinking water, detection of pathogenic bacteria;
3. Food: inspection of the total number of colonies of beverages, mineral water and purified water;
4. Chemical: A variety of water samples for testing microorganisms.
