Introduction:
Magnetic stirrers are laboratory instruments used for liquid mixing, mainly for stirring or simultaneously heating a low viscosity liquid or solid-liquid mixture. The basic principle is to use the principle of homogeneity and reciprocal attraction of the magnetic field, and use the magnetic field to push the magnetic stirrer placed in the container to perform circumferential operation, thereby achieving the purpose of stirring the liquid. With the heating temperature control system, the sample temperature can be heated and controlled according to the specific experimental requirements, and the temperature conditions required for the experimental conditions can be maintained to ensure that the liquid mixing meets the experimental requirements. Technical Parameters:
Power supply: AC220V ± 10%
Heating power per station: adjustable within 350W
Maximum mixing capacity per station: 3000ml
Temperature control accuracy: ±1 °C
Stirring speed: 100~1500r/min
Temperature control range: room temperature ~ 150 ° C (within 500 ml)
Motor torque: 20mN•m
Dimensions: 990 × 240 × 130 (mm) Instructions
1. Turn the power switch to the off position before use (the large green switch on the operation surface of the machine is the main power switch, “○” is pressed off), and turn the speed control knob of each station counterclockwise to OFF. Put the small button switch in the set position, connect the lead of the temperature sensor to the rear terminal of the machine, and place the stirrer smoothly;
2. Place the beaker containing the liquid in the middle of the workbench (ie, the electric furnace), put a suitable stirrer into the beaker, and insert the temperature sensor head into the liquid. Plug in the power, turn on the main power switch ("I" is pressed to open), the switch internal indicator light is on;
3. Turn the speed control knob clockwise to ON and adjust to the desired stirring speed. Adjust the temperature setting knob until the display window displays the desired temperature value. Then measure the small button switch down. Position, at this time, the display window shows the temperature measured on the station temperature sensor, the temperature rise indicator lights up, the electric furnace starts to heat, when the temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature rise indicator light is off, and the electric furnace stops heating. If the speed control knob is in the OFF position, all functions of the station will not work;
4. When the electric furnace heats the beaker, if the difference between the measured temperature and the set temperature is >15 °C, the electric furnace is heated at full power speed. When the measured temperature rises to a difference of <15 °C from the set temperature, the electric furnace heating power Adjusted by the pressure regulating knob, the heating power can be continuously adjusted from 20-350W by the pressure regulating knob. It can be adjusted according to the heating temperature. For example, if the temperature is high, the large value can be adjusted to the 8, 9, 10 position. Generally, it is adjusted at the beginning. If the temperature rises slowly or does not reach the set temperature during the heating process, please turn the heating voltage knob clockwise, if it is found that the temperature rises too fast and exceeds the setting during heating. If there is a lot of temperature, the heating voltage knob should be turned counterclockwise (the key to constant temperature is heating and heat dissipation);
5, if you do not need to heat but to measure temperature, please adjust the temperature setting knob to below room temperature, set the measurement switch down (measurement position);
6. After the stirrer is used, the power should be removed. After cooling, clean the appearance and keep it in a safe place.
