FV64 Automatic Nitrogen Concentrator Introduction: FV64 is more intelligent and efficient than other same models found on the market. Rapid concentration is achieved with nitrogen blown onto the heated sample in water bath. FV64 is controlled by 10.1" HD color touchscreen, visually displaying the graphical interface. Up to 64 samples can be concentrated simultaneously with good parallelism, which simplifies intelligently the tedious concentration process.
Technical specification: ● High Volume: up to 64 samples are processed simultaneously ● Optional rack sizes are available for 1-50ml test tubes. Test tube rack in specific sizes can be customized. ● Clear Observation: front-end window with lighting allows to observe the whole concentration process. ● High Efficiency: nitrogen nozzles automatically go down according to liquid level. ● Pressure and temperature are both controlled by PID technology. ● Pressure range: 1~72.5psi; pressure accuracy: ±0.5psi. ● Temperature range: room temperature ~ 100 °C; temperature accuracy: ±0.1 °C. ● Water bath is equipped with intelligent drainage port, making water change convenient and efficient. ● Sample racks and water bath are both coated with PTFE for anti-corrosion and durability. ● Angle-adjustable 10.1" HD control terminal displays real-time parameters. Online editing and saving of concentration parameters are available.
