    Introduction:
    NanoReady ultra-micro UV-visible spectrophotometer is a commonly used analytical instrument developed by our company. It is widely used in the detection of DNA, RNA and protein in molecular biological experiments. It is also used for the detection of absorbance in general material analysis. Common detection methods such as nucleic acid, UV-visible, protein, cell culture, dye markers and proteins. Variable optical path detection achieves a minimum loading of 0.5μl for precious samples, or high-concentration samples for direct detection without dilution. A cuvette detection function with heated magnetic stirring is also built in.

    3. Variable optical path

    4. Ultra-wide wavelength range
    With a continuous wavelength range of 185-910nm, any band can be selected to detect more sample types and a wider near-infrared wavelength range to accommodate a wide range of detection requirements.
    5. Optical path accuracy
    The stepper motor is combined with the unique dual-track precise positioning (DPTL) technology to achieve an optical path accuracy of 0.001 mm, thus achieving high repeatability of absorbance detection.
    6. Cuvette detection mode
    Cuvette detection mode with magnetic stirring function, and can set heating function and stirring rate for dynamic analysis and detection; user-defined 1mm, 2mm, 5mm, 10mm different optical path. (F-1100 does not have this function)

    In the full wavelength range, the wavelength to be detected is arbitrarily increased or decreased at intervals of 1 nm.
    c. Detection of nucleic acid fluorescent markers
    The extinction factors of commonly used fluorescent dyes of dsDNA, ssDNA, RNA, Oligo-DNA, Oligo-RNA are preset.
    d. Protein detection
    It can directly detect the concentration of protein solution, or detect the concentration of dye-labeled protein, and built-in commonly used detection methods such as BCA, Bradford, Lowry, and Pierce 660nm.
