DZY-003BI distillation tester Features
1. The instrument adopts advanced PID self-tuning temperature control system, with high temperature control accuracy (accuracy up to ± 0.1 ℃) and stability.
2. The instrument adopts a self-developed closed cooling system with a valve. The layout is compact, which effectively reduces the volume of the cooling system and indirectly reduces the space required to place the instrument.
3. The cooling medium of the instrument is in the cooling system, and the closed internal circulation is realized by the magnetic circulation pump, which not only makes the cooling efficiency higher, but also effectively reduces the experimental cost (the required cooling medium is reduced to three 1%, and the cooling medium is almost lossless).
4. A liquid level alarm is installed in the cooling bath of the instrument. If the liquid level falls below the limit, an alarm will be issued.
5. The instrument uses quartz electric furnace for experiment heating, no open flame, anti-combustion and explosion, very safe.
6. The position of the electric heating furnace of the instrument can be adjusted according to the needs, and it is equipped with a thermal insulation and high temperature observation window, which is convenient for the experimenters to observe.
7. The heating rate of the instrument can be adjusted according to demand.
8. This instrument is a dual-row heating method (without recovery chamber), which can measure the distillation range of diesel fuel. Technical parameter
1. Working power supply: AC220V ± 10% 50Hz standard 10A plug
2. Heating power of electric furnace: 1.0KW
3. Bath heating power: 1.0KW
4. Bath temperature control range: room temperature ~ 60 ℃ (within this temperature range, set according to your needs.)
DZY-003BI distillation tester adopts advanced PID self-tuning temperature control system, which has high temperature control accuracy (accuracy up to ± 0.1 ℃) and stability. DZY-003BI Distillation Tester is suitable for measuring distillate fuel oils such as natural gas oils (stable light hydrocarbons), light and middle distillates, automotive spark ignition engine fuels, aviation gasoline, jet fuels, diesel and kerosene, as well as petroleum Distillation characteristics of naphtha and petroleum spirit products.
