    DS32-260 Graphite Electrothermal Digester
    Introduction:
The CIF graphite electric thermal digestion instrument uses static pressure graphite treated with Teflon anti-corrosion coating, which is resistant to high temperature, high conductivity, and high insulation as the heating carrier. The sample is heated and wet digested under normal pressure. The advantage of wet digestion method lies in its simplicity, economy, speed, efficiency, and stability, especially in the digestion of non insoluble samples. This product can replace microwave and electric heating plates, making it an ideal sample pretreatment instrument for analytical instruments such as AA, ICP, ICP-MS.
    Features:
    1. Safer: The heating module and control module are designed separately, and the control module can be placed outside the fume hood for use. This not only ensures the safety of operators, but also avoids the damage of corrosive gases to the control module.
    2. More efficient: Adopting surround three-dimensional heating technology and a "one-stop" digestion concept, it is fast, efficient, and convenient.
    3. More anti-corrosion: The entire heating module is made of isostatic pressure graphite material that is resistant to acid and alkali, high temperature, high conductivity, and high insulation performance, and is treated with high-temperature resistant PTFE anti-corrosion coating.
    4. More stable: The heating system adopts a plug-in (inlay) design, with stable performance, fast and efficient heating, simple and convenient maintenance, greatly extending the service life of the instrument, which is 2-3 times longer than the service life of other similar products.
    5. More Accurate: The control system adopts intelligent programmable gradient temperature control technology, which can be calibrated to ensure the accuracy, uniformity, and stability of temperature control. The temperature difference between samples is less than ± 1 . There are no metal accessories on the heating module, no pollution, ensuring the accuracy of the experimental results.
    6. More beautiful: The appearance design is novel and elegant.
    7. More durable: can work continuously for more than 48 hours.
    8. More reliable: The enterprise has passed the ISO9001-2008 quality management system certification, and the product has passed the EU CE certification.
