CTS-PA22X Phased Array UT Systems Introduction
CTS-PA22X is one of the latest phased array UT systems supportive of further development. It is the embodiment of technology integration from electronics, software, signal processing and ultrasonics. It’s widely applicable to circumstances like pipes, plates, wheel axles & sets, blades and crankshafts, etc. FD port (programming) is provided and the users can customize the software to be fit with intended system for special applications.
There are two options available concerning the housing. The user can choose smaller housing if the subscribed configuration is lower than 32:128. Bigger housing will be the better option in regard to heat dissipation if the configuration above 32:128 is needed or the room is intended for future extension. Features
Complete package of PA22X-DEMO source codes will be provided, involving S-scan, L-scan and imaging, for the user’s reference when it comes to either secondary development or build-up.
Modularity inside makes possible a variety of configurations, like 16:64, 32:128, 64:256, etc. Modules for conventional UT can be incorporated besides phased array.
It Allows incremental upgrades from the preliminary 16: 64 as the base for configuration extension, cutting down expense for final version.
The well-designed programming port simplifies operation and supports manual commissioning. Test can be done after modifications by just sending instructions to the CTS-PA22X!
Focusing algorithm is prepared for scan modes such as S and L. The users just need to input values respectively about "probe", "wedge", "scan angle" and the focal law will be set up. The waveform data and processed images will be forwarded back to the PC host. The App(software) will then render them to realize the function of imaging. An integrated system is organized.
Custom focusing algorithm is valid for creation and as instructions, which is particularly significant to scholars on PA field. The sampled data can be acquired unprocessed for research on signaling.
The advanced “groups in parallel” mode serves the purpose of scanning with multiple probes for different parts of the object at the same time.
The PC host can be connected to multiple sets of CTS-PA22X and takes control of them so as to synchronize the whole system of inspection. Technical parameters
