CTS-PA22B is a portable 64 channels phased array ultrasonic flaw detector with water & oil-proof, fan-free and with touch pad, whole-process data collecting. Applications include: conventional or special welds such as steel structures, power station boilers, pressure vessels, transmission pipes, nuclear power, ships, oil tanks, storage tanks, and PE pipes; railway welds, vehicles and locomotive wheel axles; aerospace aluminum alloy friction stir welding and composite material bonding structure ; power industry leaf roots, blades, bolts, etc. Features

All modules have a 3D process simulation model, which can customize the exclusive inspection process for users and provide a complete solution in one stop.
Supports ACG and TCG curve compensation functions, solves problems such as uneven energy distribution and measurement error during S-scan. The calibration flow design of sound velocity, delay, ACG, TCG and encoder is simple and easy to use.
With dynamic depth focusing and image smoothing for high discernibility at different depths; image zooming and panning for image display custom layout; and gate expansion for micro-inspection of defective images.
