CI-B5 differential pressure method BOD tester Introduction: The CI-B5 differential pressure method BOD tester is suitable for the determination of five-day biochemical oxygen demand (BOD5) in surface water, industrial wastewater, and domestic sewage. The working principle is designed according to the measurement principle of the differential pressure method. The instrument simulates the degradation process of organic matter in nature: the oxygen in the air above the test bottle continuously supplements the dissolved oxygen consumed in the water, and the CO2 generated during the degradation of the organic matter is absorbed by the sodium hydroxide in the sealing cap. The pressure sensor constantly monitors the pressure change in the sample bottle. A correlation is established between the biochemical oxygen demand BOD (that is, the amount of oxygen consumed in the test bottle) and the gas pressure, and this correlation is processed by the instrument to obtain the value of the biochemical oxygen demand BOD. Features: 1. It can display the trend curve of BOD change. 2. It can be connected to the computer through the RS232 interface. 3. The mercury-free differential pressure sensing method ensures accurate and safe BOD measurement. 4. Real-time clock display. 5. Automatic collection and data storage functions. 6. Directly display the BOD concentration value. 7. It can be connected to the computer to print the process curve. 8. The system parameters and experimental data will not be lost when the power is off. 9. The LCD interface is humanized display, and the operation is simple. 10. The experiment time can be 5, 7, 10 days. 11. Store the measurement data and update the results. At any time during the test, the BOD change rate can be observed on the LCD display, and 480 data points can be stored during the measurement. Technical Parameters: Measurement accuracy: ±10%. Measurement repeatability: ≤5%. Measuring range: 0~35, 0~70, 0~350, 0~700mg/L (measured directly); 700~4000 mg/L (measured after dilution). Measurement period: 5, 7, 10 days.
