CHF-XM series xenon light source Introduction
CHF-XM series Xenon light source system is a multi-purpose and wide-ranging product. It is also the most used light source product in the domestic solar cell research field, and it is used by more than 300 domestic laboratories. In addition to solar cell research, it can be used in photoelectric response device testing, surface photovoltage spectrum, biological illumination, photocatalysis, surface defect analysis and other fields. The system can be used alone or in combination with different analytical test systems. The system provides customers with a flexible choice of configuration in a modular structure. The system adopts the high-reliability and steady-current power supply produced by our company and combines different accessories to realize various irradiation modes such as point source illumination, parallel light illumination and fiber output illumination.
