CEL-HT7 temperature control and pressure resistance H-type photoelectric reactor
Introduction: The CEL-HT7 temperature-controlled and pressure-resistant H-type photoelectric reactor is realized. The maximum pressure resistance is 2MPa. The 316L stainless steel kettle body is used. All the positions that may contact the solution are sprayed with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) to ensure temperature resistance <200 ℃; temperature control adopts interlayer water bath or oil bath control, fast heat conduction speed and precise temperature control. Ion membrane can be added in the middle of the HT7 photoelectric reactor for dual-chamber reaction photoelectric reaction. It can also be used as two independent photoelectric reactors to realize one machine with multiple functions. There are three standard power distribution units, all of which are made of PEEK material. The electrodes can withstand temperature and pressure. Technical Parameters: Photoelectric reactor: 316L corrosion-resistant stainless steel, all internally sprayed with PTFE H-type double chamber reaction system, single chamber can be used alone, single chamber volume 100ml Pressure resistance: <2MPa, including gas inlet and outlet valves Temperature: <100°C (water bath temperature control), <200°C (oil bath temperature control), with a temperature control accuracy of 0.1°C. The interior of the kettle body is equipped with a temperature control interlayer, and the internal temperature is measured using Pt100, including a temperature display meter; water hole 10mm Electrode: PEEK three electrodes (standard configuration), optional imported high temperature and voltage resistant reference electrode Clear hole: φ35mm, quartz glass (full spectrum high transmittance), double clear hole Requires ion membrane specifications: diameter 50mm Valve: Needle valve and ball valve adopt American anlok brand, Sealing: high temperature resistant sealing ring Light source (optional): Xenon light source, LED light source, mercury light source Temperature control cycle machine (Optional): Water bath circulation HX105
