CB-UZYMD tuning fork densitometer Introduction: The insertion type density meter adopts insertion installation and is suitable for detecting the density of the medium in pipelines, open tank containers, and closed tank containers. The fluid density directly depends on the vibration frequency received by the tuning fork when the sensor is inserted into the medium. The sensor is equipped with a built-in temperature sensor to provide temperature compensation. Scope of application: Plug in density meters can perform real-time online density detection. It can be applied to process control of products with density as the basic parameter or quality control based on solid percentage or concentration percentage as a reference. Typical industries include the petrochemical industry, brewing industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, and mineral processing (such as clay, carbonate, silicate, etc.), which are specifically used for interface detection in multi product pipelines, density detection of mixed mixtures, monitoring of reactor endpoints, and interface detection of separators in the above industries. Technical parameters: Measurement range: 0.5-2.5 g/cc (500-2500 kg/m3) Calibration range: 0.5-2.5 g/cc (500-2500 kg/m3) Measurement accuracy: ± 0.002 g/cc (± 2 kg/m3) Repeatability: ± 0.0002 g/cc (± 0.2 kg/m3) Operating temperature range: -50 ℃~+200 ℃ Working pressure: 207 bar (3000 psi) Fluid viscosity range: 0-20000 cP Temperature coefficient: less than 0.1 kg/m3/℃ (corrected) Pressure impact: negligible Built in temperature sensor: digital sensor Liquid receiving material: 316L stainless steel Hastelloy alloy Fork body coating: standard type, PTFE or electrolytic polishing Power supply: 24VDC, ≥ 50 mA Analog signal output: 4-20 mA, 0-1000Hz, RS485 Modbus RTU Output accuracy (20 ℃): ± 0.1% or ± 0.05% FS of the reading Output repeatability (-40~+85 ℃): ± 0.05% FS Process connection: ANSI 150~1500 RF DIN 50 PN16 DIN 50 PN40 IDF and RJT sanitary type Protection level: IP65 Shell: Aluminum alloy
