Product features:

Composition of equipment:
The whole machine is composed of main engine, heater, exhaust fan, spray system and control system.
1. The main machine is the main workshop of the coating machine. There is a coating drum, which is composed of stainless steel mesh plate.
The main drive system of the drum is a frequency converter controlled speed regulating machine. The two sides of the drum are equipped with hot air inlet and exhaust air ducts. The air ducts are installed with primary, middle and filter to ensure that the hot air level into the workshop reaches over 100,000.
2. The heating fan is the heat source supply system of the main engine, which is mainly composed of low-noise axial flow fan, filter and stainless steel u-shaped heater.
Host the hot air through the heat exchanger will be required when heated to a temperature above 80 ℃ by hot fan forced into coating machine for host production in workshop.
3. The dust removal and exhaust fan is composed of a centrifugal fan, a dust bag filter and a dust drawer. The main purpose is to form a negative pressure state in the work area of the coating roller through the exhaust fan, and then exhaust gas emission after collecting ash through the non-woven cloth bag, and make the exhaust gas meet the requirements of "GMP", during which the power of the dust removal exhaust fan is greater than that of the heat fan.
4. The system programmable controller (PLC) is installed on the upper part of the main machine of the coating machine, which is the control system of the whole set of equipment and electrical appliances. Whole process control, setting and display the working status of the whole unit.
