    AVA-3000 Concrete Pore Analyzer
    Introduction:
AVA-3000 (porosity analyzer) is used to measure the porosity parameters (spacing coefficient and specific surface area) of fresh, still plastic, aerated concrete. Laboratory and on-site, easy sampling within 5 minutes, with a long testing time of 25 minutes. Suitable for any place in the production process, such as in laboratories, mixing plants, on site after transportation, and anywhere before solidification after pumping. 35 liter constant temperature water tank, used for degassing the water used in the riser and for temperature regulation of water and test solution to release bubbles in the 20cm ³ sample.
    Principle:
The mortar sample of aerated concrete is obtained from fresh concrete using sampling tools and injected into the blue AVA test liquid at the bottom of the riser, with water on top. Gently mix the mortar sample into the testing solution, and bubbles are released. According to Stoke's law, large bubbles rise faster than small bubbles. During the sampling, injection, and stirring process, the bubbles will maintain their original size, neither coalescing nor decomposing into smaller bubbles. The test liquid has appropriate viscosity and hydrophilicity, and the temperature of the liquid and water must be between 21 ℃ and 25 ℃. The bubbles rising through the riser are collected in an inverted dish (float) that is immersed in water and connected to a high-sensitivity balance. When bubbles gather on the dish, the apparent mass of the dish will decrease due to the replacement of water with air. The apparent quality of the dish will be recorded over time. Based on the recorded changes in the apparent mass of the dish, the size distribution of the collected bubbles can be calculated using a formula. According to the size distribution, the spacing coefficient and specific surface area of bubbles can be calculated. The algorithm used ensures consistency with the wire measurement method of ASTM C457.
    Product features:
    1. Accurately measure the basic pore parameters, bubble spacing coefficient, and specific surface area of aerated and static plastic concrete.
    2. Not only record pore parameters, but also record the distribution of bubbles of different sizes, as well as the cumulative distribution of bubbles with a diameter less than 2 millimeters. Real time data acquisition is displayed on electronic devices based on microprocessors with USB interfaces and laptops
    3. The bubbles rising through the buoyancy tube are clearly visible, and a windshield is placed at the upper end of the buoyancy tube used on site. Determine the relationship between durability and bubble spacing coefficient and ratio measured by ASTM C666-15 and ASTM C457-17 through freeze-thaw testing
    4. A high-sensitivity balance with a display accuracy of 0.01 grams (internal accuracy of 0.001 grams).
