ATF9200 Near Infrared Two Zone Fluorescence Imager Introduction: ATF9200 is a large-area near-infrared two zone fluorescence imaging instrument carefully developed by Aopu Tiancheng with automatic focusing and scanning. The near-infrared two zone (1000 to 1700 nm) reduces tissue scattering, minimizes tissue absorption and spontaneous fluorescence. Compared with traditional visible light or infrared single zone optical imaging (i.e. 400-1000 nm), it has better image contrast, sensitivity, and tissue penetration depth at these wavelengths. Especially suitable for live fluorescence imaging of small animals, real-time surgical navigation, etc. The ATF9200 is equipped with an ultra-low temperature cooling high-sensitivity InGaAs detector that can cool down to a minimum of -80 ℃. The ATF9200 is equipped with a 50X50mm large-area electric scanning platform, supplemented by advanced and fast ultra large image stitching algorithms, thus achieving the function of fast scanning and large-area imaging. The ATF9200 is equipped with a highly stable autofocus system that can dynamically adjust the focus of the target in real-time to achieve * * imaging effects. The ATF9200 is connected to a computer through a USB 2.0 interface, and has advanced and easy-to-use PC control software that enables perfect experimental operations. Technical features: 1. Excitation wavelengths: 808, 980, 1064nm 2. Deep cooling InGaAs CCD, minimum cooling temperature -80 ℃ 3. Imaging resolution: 640X5121280X1024 optional 4. Large area electric scanning platform 5. Real time autofocus, automatic scanning, and automatic stitching 6. The electronic control can continuously scan the fluorescent channel, changing continuously from 1000-1700nm, with a tuning accuracy of 5nm 7. Four in one fiber optic pathway, capable of connecting four lasers simultaneously, eliminating the need to switch light sources for multi wavelength imaging 8. The laser outlet is equipped with a beam expander, effectively increasing the excitation light irradiation area 9. Powerful image acquisition and analysis software 10. Innovative integrated rack, providing excellent stability and operability 11. Modular structure design, multifunctional combination, ensuring the versatility of the system Application scenarios 1.Research laboratory 2.Live fluorescence imaging (small animals, etc.) 3.Targeted tumor imaging 4.Micro vascular imaging, monitoring blood flow changes 5.Drug targeting and kinetic studies 6.Real time surgical navigation
