    Introduction:
    AR-132A surface roughness meter can be widely used in the production site, can measure the surface roughness of a variety of machined parts, calculate the corresponding parameters according to the selected measurement conditions, and clearly display all the measurement parameters on the LCD.
    The instrument adopts computer technology and complies with the national standard GB/T 6062 and the four standards of ISO, DIN, ANSI and JIS. When measuring the surface roughness of the workpiece, the sensor is placed on the measured surface of the workpiece, and the drive mechanism inside the instrument drives the sensor to slide along the measured surface at a constant speed. The sensor senses the surface roughness of the measured surface through the built-in sharp stylus. The roughness of the measured surface of the workpiece causes a displacement of the stylus, which changes the inductance of the sensor's inductive coil, thereby generating an analog signal proportional to the surface roughness of the measured surface at the output of the phase-sensitive rectifier. The signal passes After amplification and level conversion, it enters the data acquisition system. The DSP chip performs digital filtering and parameter calculation on the collected data. The measurement results are displayed on the liquid crystal display. At the same time, it can communicate with the PC to realize data analysis and printing.
