AQM-100 Portable Dust Analyzer Introduction: The AQM-100 portable dust analyzer is designed with exquisite precision and features touch display and portable mobility. Through modern network technology, it achieves communication interconnection between multiple monitoring stations and data aggregation to the central station. It has mobile monitoring and fixed point monitoring modes, which have strong practicality and are suitable for monitoring environmental air flow. The launch of this project has changed the current situation of one machine and one parameter for dust monitoring equipment, improved dust monitoring capabilities, reduced the impact of human factors in the monitoring process, further improved the automation level of the detection system, and saved monitoring time and hardware costs for customers. The host is mainly composed of two parts: lower computer hardware and upper computer software, with the lower computer hardware part being the main body of the entire instrument. The instrument adopts an advanced PM dust monitoring sensor combined with a PIC microcontroller. Through the microcontroller for sensing detection and data processing, the PM value in the environment can be detected in real time. The data can be displayed on the LCD screen, or in conjunction with the upper computer, the data can be transmitted to computer software for data processing. Features: 1. Measurement data can be exported through a USB flash drive; 2. It can simultaneously display measurement data of multiple particle sizes without the need to replace the cutting head; 3.
